Timothy Lee Morrow Obituary, FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Timothy Lee Morrow, known affectionately as Tim, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2026, at the age of 74, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on April 13, 1952, in Massillon, Ohio, Tim was remembered by family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors for his faith, kindness, leadership, and devotion to his family.

Tim’s passing was also mourned by friends and neighbors at the Boardwalk Caper Marina, where he was a resident of the BWC townhouses. Those who knew him in the community remembered his friendly hello and the warmth he showed whenever he encountered a neighbor. Messages of sympathy have been extended to his wife, Becky, and the entire Morrow family as they grieve his loss.

Tim was born to William and Mary Morrow and grew up in Perrysburg, Ohio. He attended Perrysburg High School and graduated with the Class of 1970. During his high school years, he demonstrated leadership and athletic ability, serving as captain of the football, basketball, and baseball teams. He also spent a brief period playing in the minor leagues before continuing his education at Bowling Green University, where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.

His experiences in athletics helped shape the values that remained important throughout his life, including teamwork, perseverance, leadership, and encouraging others. Tim carried those principles into his professional career, spending 40 years with Guardian Industries and developing lasting relationships with the people he worked alongside.

After his time at Guardian Industries, Tim continued his career with Railserve Inc., where he remained until retiring in June 2020. Throughout his professional life, he valued the people around him and took particular pride in watching coworkers grow, succeed, and become leaders. For Tim, the accomplishments of those he worked with meant more than professional titles or recognition.

Faith was also an important part of Tim’s life. According to his obituary, he found strength in Christ during difficult moments and remained grateful for the blessings in his life. He believed in doing what was right, treating others with respect, working hard, and remembering the people around him. These principles influenced the way he treated his family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors.

Above all, Tim’s greatest joy was his family. He took tremendous pride in his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. He is survived by his loving wife, Becky Morrow; his daughters, Katie Sharman and Kelly (Sean) Collins; his grandchildren Caitlyn Dombrowski, Carson Dombrowski, Abigail Morrow, Audrey Morrow, Madeline Morrow, Logan Sharman, Lily Sharman, Cody Sharman, Noah Sharman
