Drew Daryl Power Obituary, ELGIN, Ore. — Drew Daryl Power, 18, of Elgin, Oregon, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Grande Ronde Hospital.
Born on June 16, 2008, in Moscow, Idaho, Drew was the son of Roston D. Power and Tricia L. Hensly. He was raised in Elgin, where he grew up and became part of the local community.
Drew graduated from Elgin High School and the Oregon Youth Challenge Program (OYCP) Academy. His education and experiences helped shape his path as he moved into adulthood.
At the time of his passing, Drew was employed at the Boise Cascade Plywood mill in Elgin. His connection to the community extended through both his upbringing and his work.
A funeral service for Drew will be held at the Elgin Christian Life Center on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The family has requested casual dress for those attending the service.
