Melissa Ann Goines Obituary, RUSSELLVILLE, Ala. — Melissa Ann Goines, 48, of Russellville, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at North Alabama Medical Center.
Goines is remembered by her family, including her mother, Linda Goines, and her brother, Brandon Goines. She also leaves behind her children, Taylor Pounders, Elijah Goines, and Abigail Neal.
Her family will continue to cherish the memories she leaves behind, including those shared with her grandchildren, Alice Goines, Amelia Pounders, Karter Nalls, and Amyah Nalls.
Goines was preceded in death by her father, David Larry Goines. Her passing leaves behind family members who will remember her through the memories and moments they shared with her during her life.
A memorial service has been scheduled for Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Cherry Hill Baptist Church. The service will provide an opportunity for family and loved ones to gather and honor her life and memory.
Visitation is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. and continue until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, followed by the memorial service at 12:00 p.m. at the church.
