Chase Dagen Obituary, SOUTH MIDDLETON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Chase Dagen, an 18-year-old man from Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, has died following a motorcycle crash Tuesday night on York Road in South Middleton Township.
The fatal collision occurred at approximately 8:48 p.m. when Dagen was traveling northbound on York Road, according to information from Pennsylvania State Police. A 26-year-old man driving another vehicle attempted to turn left onto Valley Street when the vehicle entered the path of Dagen’s motorcycle.
The collision left Dagen with serious injuries. Emergency responders transported him to Penn State Health Holy Spirit Hospital for treatment, but he later succumbed to his injuries.
The Cumberland County Coroner’s Office is continuing its examination of the circumstances surrounding Dagen’s death. Coroner Charley Hall has scheduled an autopsy for Thursday to determine the official cause and manner of death.
