Brock Ty Stahl Obituary, DUNN, N.C. — Brock Ty Stahl, 25, passed away tragically on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, according to his obituary published by Rose & Graham Funeral Home. He was born in Orange County, North Carolina, on September 23, 2000.

Following high school, Stahl served in the United States Army. He later worked hard to support his family and was employed with West Farms Wood Products in Newton Grove, North Carolina.

Stahl was also proud of recently graduating with a degree in Cyber Security. He attended Central Baptist Church in Dunn, where his life and connection to the community were remembered following his passing.

Beyond his professional and educational accomplishments, Stahl was devoted to his family. His obituary notes that he loved his son, Beckett Allen Stahl, deeply, and that he and his wife, Emma Rae Maples Stahl, were looking forward to the birth of their second child, Sadie.

Stahl was also known for his mechanical abilities and enjoyed working on vehicles and machinery. His family remembered him as someone who could fix most anything, reflecting his practical skills and willingness to work hard for those closest to him.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph Nowell, and his father-in-law, Joseph Allen “Joey” Maples. He is survived by his wife, Emma Rae Maples Stahl; son, Beckett Allen Stahl; parents Tammy Nowell Moore, James Edwin Stahl II, and their spouses; grandparents; siblings; in-laws; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Sunday, August 30, at the Tabernacle at Central Baptist Church, 6050 Plain View Highway in Dunn. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 3 p.m., with burial afterward at Roselawn Cemetery. Pastor Cameron Cloud and Rev. James Neal will officiate.

The family has expressed appreciation for the thoughts and prayers being offered during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Emma Stahl for the Stahl Children Educational Fund at 213 W. Church Street, Benson, NC 27504. Brock Ty Stahl’s memory will be carried on by his family, friends, church community, and those whose lives he touched.
