Phillips Greaves Obituary, Walkers Road, St. George Accident Update — Police at District ‘B’ Station are investigating a fatal collision involving a Public Service Vehicle (PSV) and a pedestrian that occurred along Walkers Road, St. George, on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at approximately 6:15 p.m.
According to the initial police investigation, the PSV and the pedestrian were travelling along Walkers Road from the direction of Carmichael towards the Glebe when the collision occurred.
The pedestrian sustained injuries in the collision and succumbed at the scene. A medical doctor subsequently attended and pronounced the individual dead.
Police identified the deceased as Phillips Greaves, 61, of Thropes Cottage, St. George, after a relative formally identified him.
District ‘B’ Police Station is continuing its investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision. Authorities have not released further details regarding the circumstances that led to the impact.
